Share Your Love of Reading
Our mission is simple: We inspire children to love reading. We do this by recruiting volunteers to share their love of reading by reading aloud weekly to children at risk for not learning to read. Twice each year, we give each child a brand new book to take home and cherish. Last year our volunteers read to more than 5000 children each week and we distributed 12,500 books.
Resolve to Read Aloud in 2012. Only 30 minutes can change a child's life. Learn about becoming a Rolling Reader at these orientations:
February 16 at 3 p.m.
February 22 at 10 a.m.
March 1 at 3 p.m.
